Advanced Technology, Quality Outcomes

Powered by Advanced Multiplex Technology, the Cynergy Vascular Workstation treats all types of vascular and pigmented lesions more effectively than conventional wavelength technology.
Types of lesions include phlebitis and rosacea, facial and foot telangiectasias, spider veins, hemangiomas, skin erythema and other vascular malformations such as diffuse redness, scarring and moles. Cynergy is the only Dye laser that has the effect of not producing purpura.

The Science of Multiplex

Cynergy treats vascular lesions with unparalleled efficacy and minimal side effects. That’s why revolutionary Multiplex technology allows two wavelengths to be transmitted sequentially from the same delivery system – a high-power 585nm dye pulse laser and a 1064nm long-lasting Nd: YAG laser pulse.
The two wavelengths are ideal for vascular applications. Pulsed Dye Laser is the gold standard for focusing on vascular lesions, skin erythema, as well as smaller red vessels, scars and moles. Similarly, the Nd: YAG laser is effective in treating larger veins both on the face and on the legs.
Multiplex technology with double wavelength emission has proven to be more effective than corresponding single wavelength technology because it allows the user to select therapeutic applications based on patient needs – such as adjusting the delay time between the sequential emission of the two wavelengths.
The pulse dye laser converts oxyhemoglobin into methemoglobin and small gels by increasing the Nd: YAG wavelength absorption from 300% to 500%, reduces laser flow and improves patient safety. It also reduces pain to a minimum because of the lower energy required.

Greater adaptability, Fewer side effects

Since Cynergy’s adaptability ensures optimal therapeutic parameters, clients experience fewer side effects. Cynergy virtually eliminates purpura – a swelling commonly associated with older pulsed dye laser and also dramatically reduces the risk of scarring.
With double wavelength emission, Cynergy delivers safety and efficiency in less time than single wavelength systems. For your customers, this means more satisfaction and comfort, while for you greater performance.
